At Junction, our platform is designed to connect students with other students to buy and sell pre-owned items. Please note that shipping and delivery are currently not within the scope of Junction’s services. We do not manage, control, or provide shipping or delivery for any products listed on the platform.

1. Responsibility of Buyers and Sellers - All shipping, delivery, and handover arrangements are the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller involved in the transaction.Buyers and sellers are expected to mutually decide the method of delivery (in-person exchange, courier, or any other arrangement).Junction is not responsible for delays, damages, lost items, or any disputes arising from delivery arrangements.
2. No Platform-Managed Logistics - Since shipping and delivery are not part of Junction’s current scope, we do not provide courier services, logistics, or delivery support.Any costs, risks, or responsibilities related to delivery must be handled directly between the buyer and seller.
3. Dispute Resolution Support - While Junction does not handle shipping or delivery, we encourage students to clearly communicate and agree on delivery terms before completing a transaction.In case of disputes, users may contact us at admin@junctionverse.com, and we will do our best to guide or mediate, though the final responsibility lies with the buyer and seller.
4. Policy UpdatesJunction reserves the right to update or modify this policy from time to time. Updated policies will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
